2

3
Select a notification channel

Configure your integration
Notification channel
The channel you select receives notifications each time a Figma library is published. Lyse sends a preview of the generated tasks to keep your team informed. To change the channel, go to Integrations** > Slack** and select a different channel.Adding Lyse to channels
Lyse automatically joins a channel when you mention it for the first time. You can also add it manually:- Go to the private channel
- Click the channel name
- Add Lyse
Direct messages
Lyse doesn’t access direct messages.Test your connection
- Go to any public channel in Slack
- Start or reply to a thread
- Mention
@Lyse - Check your Lyse inbox—a task should appear within seconds
Permissions
One workspace, one account: A Slack workspace can only be connected to one Lyse account. All members of the workspace can use Thread to Task, but tasks are sent to the inbox of the user who connected Slack from Lyse.Troubleshooting
Authorization failed
- Problem: Slack returns an error during the OAuth flow.
- Solution: Make sure you have Admin permissions in your Slack workspace. Contact your workspace admin if needed
Lyse not responding
- Problem: You mention
@Lysebut nothing happens. - Solution:
- For private channels, make sure Lyse is added as a member
- Verify your Slack connection is active in Integrations
- Check you’re mentioning
@Lysein a thread, not a top-level message
Wrong account receiving tasks
- Problem: Tasks go to a different Lyse account.
- Solution: Only one Lyse account can be connected per Slack workspace. The account that set up the integration receives all tasks.
