Symptom: You mention @Lyse but nothing happens.Solutions:
  • Make sure you’re mentioning @Lyse in a thread, not a top-level message
  • For private channels, add Lyse as a member first
  • Check your Slack connection is active in Settings > Integrations
Symptom: Lyse responds but no task is created.Solutions:
  • Verify your issue tracker is connected in Settings > Integrations
  • Check the selected team/project still exists
  • Make sure you have permission to create issues
Symptom: You shared a Figma link but the task doesn’t include component details.Solutions:
  • Check your Figma account is connected in Settings > Integrations > Figma
  • Verify the link format: figma.com/design/...?node-id=...
  • Make sure your Figma account has access to the file
Symptom: Connection fails during setup.Solutions:
  • For Slack: Make sure you have admin permissions in your workspace
  • For issue trackers: Verify you can install apps in your organization
  • Try disconnecting and reconnecting the integration
