Setup

  1. Go to Settings > Integrations > Jira
  2. Click Connect and authorize Lyse
  3. Select your default project and issue type
  4. Click Save

What gets created

When you mention @Lyse in Slack, a Jira issue is created with:
  • Summary generated from the conversation
  • Description with full context
  • Created in your default project with your default issue type

Configuration

Change your default project and issue type anytime in Settings > Integrations > Jira.

Troubleshooting

Make sure you have permission to install apps in your Jira instance. Try disconnecting and reconnecting.
  • Check your Jira connection is active
  • Verify the selected project still exists
  • Check you have permission to create issues in the project
